SolutionAmp: Execute: Completion Checklist

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide a checklist of key tasks to be completed in the Execute stage of SolutionAmp which include functions and activities to be completed as part of a project review.  


Pre-Requisites – Plan Tasks

✅  You have created your Assurance Unit (Project).  Create a Project.

✅   A Delivery Model has been adopted and tailored specific to your project’s needs. Delivery Model Adoption and Tailoring.

✅   You have exported your work schedule template and developed your project schedule. Export Work Schedule.

✅   You and your team understand all work products and definition of done for each.

✅   You have created your project review in readiness for your review. Create a Review.

✅   You have set the phase in readiness for your review. Setup Phase for a Review.

✅   You have completed all Planning tasks. PLAN Checklist.

 

EXECUTE Tasks

For the selected project review: Execute Project Review.

✅   Artefact Supply: All work products have been collected and uploaded or referenced specific to the review.

✅   Score: For each work product, scoring has been completed by responding Yes, No or Not Relevant to each question.

✅   Risk Assessment:  All risk assessments have been completed for those work products shown as incomplete and represents a risk to the project. 

✅   Scored:  Once all work products have been scored and risk assessments completed, the review is marked as Scored.
