TeamAmp: Are the responses confidential? Will individuals be able to be identified in the results?

Yes, all responses are completely confidential, and individuals can not be identified in the results.

All input data (responses to multi-choice 25 questions) from individuals is aggregated and it goes through two machine learning algorithm stages to produce the aggregated results. The results are presented at the overall Team Performance benchmark level and the aggregated subgroup benchmark level only.

As part of the survey’s 26th question, respondents have the opportunity to provide free text comments (refer to Team Feedback section of the online report).

This feedback is very valuable to add additional context to the analysis, however these comments do not flow automatically into the online report. The online report can not be published until the review team has reviewed and confirmed that none of the free text comments enable individuals to be identified.

If a free text comment does create an identification risk, this comment can be excluded from the online report. It is important to note that, when the review team is assessing the identification risk of free text comments, they do not have visibility of who submitted the comments.
