Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide a checklist of key tasks to be completed during  the Report stage of SolutionAmp which include reporting functions for completed project review.

Pre-Requisites – Execute Tasks

✅  You have completed all Planning tasks – refer PLAN Completion Checklist.

✅   You have completed all Execute tasks – refer EXECUTE Completion Checklist.

✅   The scoring and risk assessment for the project review has been completed.  

REPORT Tasks

For the selected project review report:

✅   All information has been reviewed via Manage Report.

✅   The project review report has been Approved.

✅   Any supplementary items have been uploaded.

✅   The project review report has been Published.

✅   You have a clear understanding of the current level of uncertainty for your project.

✅   You know how to access the report actions and risks, enabling you to track these actions ongoing.

✅   The published report has been socialised with the project’s key stakeholders.
