Overview
Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide a reference guide for the primary system functions associated with viewing the details of a Project Review Report.
Pre-Requisites
This document assumes the following has been setup and provisioned:
- The Scoring and Risk Assessment for the Project Review has been completed
- The report has been Approved and Published
Expected Outcomes
By the end of this document, the reader will be able to view the published Project Review Report.
View Report
Prior to viewing an assessment report, the report must be Approved and Published. If this step has not been completed, the report will not be available to be viewed on the Report tab of SolutionAmp.
Select SolutionAmp to view the results of the assessment. From the Report tab, select View as per below.
From the SolutionAmp reporting screen, details of the review findings are presented in full detail including:
Uncertainty Trend Graph: This is a graphical representation of planned work expected to be completed by the current project phase versus the completed work for the current project phase, as determined by the scoring assessment.
Scores and Risks: Provides the details of all scoring results, including all work product risks, risk consequences, and risk action plans to mitigate identified risks.
The User can filter using the filter option top right of the screen to show ALL detail, or specific information such as Extreme Risks as shown below.
