To use this article you should have received a link to 1Password to access your account credentials.
Once you click on the link provided from 1Password please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Input your work email address and select "send" to receive a security verification code.
Step 2: Check your work email and input the code provided. Select "View Item" in blue:
Step 3: View your AI Assurance account credentials:
This is an active screen. Select the password down arrow to reveal the password.
Now that you have access to your AI Assurance credentials (username and default password) we strongly encourage you to immediately reset your AI Assurance password.
Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
Navigate to the AI Assurance login screen via https://console.ai-assurance.com.au/login.
Enter your username. This will often be your work email address.
Select "Forgot password?" under the space to provide your password.
Enter your email address. Note this must be the same work email address you have registered with your account.
Select "Send" to get a link to reset your password.
The system will confirm via the popup message in the green box that a password reset link has been sent to your account.
Follow the link you receive in your work email. It will allow you to enter a new password and confirm this new password. Press "Set" once you have confirmed the new password you wish to set for the account.
Once this is complete return to https://console.ai-assurance.com.au/login and log on with your work email address and your new password.
